These terms apply to all bookings and uses of the waterfrontholidaypark.com platform as well as all related services, including campsite reservations, pitch rentals, and additional services.
§1A contract is concluded once you complete your booking via our website and we send you a written confirmation by email. Verbal collateral agreements are not valid.
§2We mediate campsites and nature experiences at designated locations. The exact equipment, size, and location of the pitch can be found in the respective offer description. Deviations are possible as long as they do not significantly impair the overall impression.
§3Payment is made at the time of booking via bank transfer or credit card. For short-term bookings (less than 7 days before arrival), the total amount is due immediately. Payment plans are not available.
§4A free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation or non-arrival, we charge 50% of the booking value. Cancellation must be made in writing by email to info@waterfrontholidaypark.com.
§5We are only liable for damages caused by our gross negligence or intent. We assume no liability for brought items, vehicles, or tents. The risk of natural events (storm, flood, forest fire) is borne by the guest.
§6The camping rules of the respective site apply. Open fires are only permitted in designated areas. Noise disturbances, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, must be avoided. Violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay.
§7We process your personal data exclusively for contract processing and in accordance with our privacy policy. Disclosure to third parties occurs only to the extent necessary for the booking (e.g., to the campsite operator).
§8We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The current version can be found on our website. In the event of significant changes, we will inform you by email if you are registered with us.
§9The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of performance and jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of the campsite. Should a provision be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid.
